In June 2018 Canmoor was appointed to undertake the strategic asset management and set about implementing the first phase of an £8m comprehensive refurbishment programme and rebranding to include enhanced amenities and wellness provision. The atrium of Anchorage 2 is being reconfigured to include new tenant amenities with a food and beverage operator, informal breakout areas and potential co-working space. The 8th and 9th floors of offices within Anchorage 2 have been completely refurbished and are already available for occupation.
